Late last year, I developed a two-step process for effortlessly manifesting any desire using the law of attraction. It is called the Effortless Manifestation Process.
I created a series of five videos, which will be linked below, describing this process in great detail.
Recently, I have added a 3rd step to this process, which I will describe in this video.
This step is all about getting specific with your desire, in a way that resistance is not triggered. It takes balance, but I hope to show you how you can gradually increase the momentum of your desire, bringing results much more quickly.

And today I will be talking about Step 3 of my Effortless Manifestation Process.
If you're familiar with my other videos, and my other content on my website, cocreationcoaching.org, you may know about my other two steps of the Effortless Manifestation Process. It's something I've been talking about since late 2015, and so far has only had two steps.
I have a five video series about this process that I did in December of last year and January of this year, that now I am extending and fleshing that process out into a third step, which is just recent. This is just something I've been working on recently.
So that is what we will be doing today.
And I will give the links to those other videos in the description for this one, and if you like, you can go and become familiarized with those other videos.
But I will recap what this process is.
The First Two Steps in Summary
[00:01:03] Brandon: So basically Step 1 is Making Peace with What Is, and Step 2 is Finding the Vibrational Essence of Your Manifestation.
So Step 1, again, Making Peace with What Is, is all about acceptance—I've been using the term recently, radical acceptance—mindfulness: making what is be okay.
And I've said that this is the most important part of the process, because if you can't do that, you really can't do anything else. If you can't make what is right now okay, in the present moment, then you can't make progress into the second and third step of this process.
So that is all about acceptance, allowing, surrendering, whatever word works for you. Use kind of a combination of all of those, or letting go—any of those really works for capturing the meaning of this first step.
It's all about letting go, making peace, acceptance, allowing, just letting what is be what it is, right now, without judgment, without needing it to be different, without resistance.
And once you do that, you move on to Step 2. And I talk about finding the vibrational essence of your manifestation. And that is all about just simply going general. If you're familiar with Abraham-Hicks and they're terminology of going general, it's all about just finding the feeling place of what you want—the vibrational essence—because every desire has a vibrational essence, which is a feeling—the vibration, the feeling, of that desire.
And so when you access that feeling, then the Universe will start to fill in those details. But you have to find the feeling first, and then the Universe will fill the rest in. (Find the feeling first; I like that alliteration. [laugh])
But, find the feeling first, and the Universe will do the rest. And that has been Step 2: finding the vibrational essence.
Introducing Step 3: Deliberately Envisioning Your New Reality
[00:03:18] Brandon: But, there is a Step 3, because after you find that feeling place, then you have to allow the energy to get more specific.
And this part is really, really easy, if you do it properly, if you allow it to happen, and this is what we're going to talk about today.
So Step 3 is deliberately envisioning your new reality. And this is such a powerful step, because in this step, you are really shaping and forming and really lining up with your new reality. In Step 2, you're going very general—you're being very general about it. You know that it could happen, and you feel the possibility of it. But this is where you really start to play with the specifics of it—you really start to see evidence of your manifestation in your reality. And there's so much you can do here to really help out the process. And so that is what Step 3 is all about.
The Danger of Step 3
[00:04:18] Brandon: But before I go into the specifics about this step, I do want to give a warning that this step is in one sense the easiest of the three, and in another sense, also the most dangerous of the three. Because if you get to this step before you are ready to get to this step, it will just rip you apart, metaphorically speaking. It is fast momentum, and when that momentum gets so fast, and resistance pops up, if you really haven't taken care of that resistance yet, you're going to start seeing almost worse things in your reality happening. And you'll wonder, “Why is all this stuff happening? It got so much worse than what it was before. Am I doing so badly that I'm actually going the opposite direction?”
And what's actually happening is that you've really kind of skimmed over Step 1, and got into Step 2 and Step 3, and that resistance, as the momentum, the energy pics up, only gets bigger.
So that is what the danger of this is. And as the resistance gets bigger, then it appears in stronger and stronger ways in your reality. So you'll have things happen that are kind of more noticeable to you, that hurt more, because you ignore the resistance.
So you really, really need to pay attention. I talk all the time about the emotional guidance system. You need so much to pay attention to that emotional guidance system, and realize when you are resisting.
And the best step for taking care of resistance is Step 1. And you allow, because resistance means that you're not allowing, so Step 1 is the remedy for not allowing, by allowing. [laugh] You allow the resistance. And that's how you take care of it.
And then step 2 also helps because you're just going really super general, and when you're really general, there's not really any resistance.
But as you go into Step 3 and you get more specific, if there's any resistance there, it will start to get flushed out, and that's when you want to kind of go back and forth between all these three steps, and take care of that resistance. When it comes up, go back to Step 1, or if you're feeling okay, go back to Step 2 and go general, to a general good-feeling place.
So it's sort of a balancing act. You only want to get as specific as you can without triggering resistance.
Because the whole goal of this whole process is to feel good. If you're not feeling good, you're not manifesting what you want.
So just make sure you're paying attention to your emotional guidance system, and as you realize that you are having resistance, that you are putting resistance on your path, then just go back to Step 1, or Step 2 if it's not too severe, and take care of that resistance.
So that is the biggest thing to realize: only go into Step 3 when it really feels good, and just take it easy at first. Kind of take some tentative steps. Don't go barreling into Step 3. Just take some tentative steps, and I'll describe how to do that soon. Take it gradually.
And you'll be going between Step 2 and Step 3 a lot at first, as you're getting used to it.
This is kind of an exploratory process, where you're just sort of going as far as it feels good to go, and then once you trigger resistance, just back up a little bit. And then going as far as it feels good to go, and then triggering resistance and backing off a little bit.
So that's what you're trying to do, and you just have to balance this, and make sure that you're staying out of that resistance, and staying in a nice good-feeling place throughout this whole process.
How to Use Step 3
[00:08:35] Brandon: So how does Step 3 work? You want to start Step 3 from a nice strong foundation of Step 2, which is finding the vibrational essence of what is—a nice, general, good-feeling place.
Abraham-Hicks calls this the grid, which is when you set an intention that's very general, of just a feeling. So if you want money for example, you just set the intention—the feeling—of abundance, of freedom, of security. You just feel that without getting into the details. So you need to get pretty stable in that before you move on.
And then what you do is you just allow some details to come to you. Another thing Abraham says is, don't try to fill in your grid. And that means, don't try to bring in the details yourself, because when you try to bring in the details yourself, it just doesn't feel good. But as you're doing Step 2, as you're allowing yourself to go into the feeling place, the Universe will be bringing you details, and it will get easier and easier to focus on more details.
So taking the example of abundance, you'll feel that feeling of abundance, and then more details will start coming, and you'll slowly start focusing on those details.
So as you're reaching for details, don't force it. Or maybe don't even reach for details at first. Just see what comes up as you're thinking. When you're accessing the abundance vibration, you might have thoughts about how much it might be, or times in your life when you were abundant, or people you know who are abundant. Things that are still pretty general, but a little more specific than just pure abundance. And let yourself go there, assuming there's no resistance.
But if you're able to reach a detail, and it feels good to you, then do that. Maybe think to yourself, “I'm reaching for abundance, and I feel inspired to reach for $1,000. I feel inspired to reach for $1,000. So I'm going to think about not only the feeling of abundance, but the feeling of $1,000.”
Do you see how that's a little more specific? It's just a tiny bit more specific than abundance.
And this has to be something believable to you. If it's like a million dollars and you're just not there, it's going to trigger resistance, and you're not going to be able to go there.
But if it's a nice believable but yet inspiring goal—it might be $1,000, it might be a raise at work, or “I want $5,000 extra,” or whatever it is. “I want this much extra on my paycheck.” “I want to make this much extra per year.” Or, “I just want to make this amount one time, for this one goal I have.”
So just think about what feels good to you. Something that is believable—it can stretch your mind a little bit, but if it's outright ridiculous to you, it's not going to work. You can't fool yourself into believing that, unless you're really, really talented at this.
But let's take $1,000 for example. So you reach for the feeling place of $1,000. And you feel good about that, and you start imagining $1,000, $1,000, $1,000. And maybe see a check written out for that amount.
And you don't have to say from whom, or how it got to you, or anything. Just see that check for $1,000. And you might imagine yourself cashing it.
And so more details will come as you access this vibration. More details will come. You might see yourself cashing the check. You might see yourself looking at your bank account, and having that amount extra in it. Whatever feels good to you. But you're getting a little bit more specific as you go.
And again every step of this is feeling good to you. It's going to feel a little bit better than just focusing on abundance by itself.
So that is the first way that you can start to get a little more specific. And as you do that, you can obviously have even more details. When you're able to focus on that one detail, and feel good about it without resistance, more details will come. So you'll get more and more specific about this.
Processes for Getting More Specific
[00:13:10] Brandon: and there are some processes that I really recommend to help with this. And again I'm just using the money example for today, but this could be used for relationships, for career, for finding a new house, a new car, any situation at all you can use this process for—this technique. We're just using this abundance example, but you can apply it to anything.
So you imagine the feeling of $1,000, and you start to see it in more and more detail. And then you can use a process called scripting, and this is a process from Abraham-Hicks, again. Scripting is basically where you write down maybe either a dialogue with someone else where you're telling someone else about this, or just a letter, or a journal type thing. But you write down how excited you are about this thousand dollars that you've received. You write it down as though it already happened.
And you go into as much detail as feels good to you. You might not know whom it came from or whatever, but you just sort of go into as many details as feels good to you.
So you might say, “I got this thousand dollars, and I'm going to do this with it, and I'm going to do that with it,” and really feel good about it as you're writing it. Really access the vibration, and that could be a really good process.
Another process you could do is called virtual reality. And that's similar to scripting, but it's more in your head sort of thing. You visualize, you imagine, being in a world where you have received that thousand dollars, and just imagining what it would be like, and just imagining what you would do with it, and how you would go about your life after that. Maybe imagine telling someone about it—telling your family, telling your spouse, whatever.
And again, the goal in this is just feeling good. This should feel really good as you're moving that energy. You'll feel that energy moving really, really quickly, because you're getting really specific about this. And so you're going to be picking up that momentum.
And again just to remind you, if resistance starts to come up as you're doing this, just very quickly go back to Step 1, and release the resistance—accept it, allow it, let go of it—and return back to the general feeling, and then go more specific again. But just keep going back and forth like that, as much as you have to.
Looking for Evidence of Your Manifestation
[00:15:47] Brandon: And another thing that you can do is look for evidence of your manifestation. And this is really when it's starts to get really exciting. You want to look out for ways that it's more and more true for you. You might see things that remind you of money, for this example, or whatever your manifestation is. You might start to obviously think about it more and more, but you might receive some money that's not the amount you were looking for, but it's a precursor—it's a sign of what's to come. You might hear about someone else who got a lot of money, and that's a sign. You might run into opportunities that could result in getting that money, and that's a sign.
And you just acknowledge all of these signs, and you just acknowledge the evidence that's coming to you, because this evidence is a proof of your vibrational alignment.
So as you acknowledge the evidence, it gets a lot easier to focus on that vibration, to get more specific. We're just getting deeper and deeper into Step 3, as you do this process—as you look for more and more evidence.
And even if you have to be a little creative about it. Sometimes something as simple as, if I see repeating numbers on the clock—11:11, 12:12, whatever—I will say, “Oh that's a sign that I'm in alignment today, and this is really good!” And I use that as an excuse to feel good. You just want to find any excuse you can to proof to yourself that this is coming into your reality.
So even if that takes a little creative story telling, and creative interpretation of reality, that's perfectly okay. Don't ask, “Was this a sign?” Yes, if you can possibly, believably convince yourself that it's a sign, then it's a sign. There's no being out there saying, “Yep, that's a sign.” “Nope, that's not a sign.” Anything that is in your reality that reminds you of your manifestation in a positive way is a sign for you, so don't worry about that.
Make your own signs! Look at the things around you, and let them remind you of your alignment—of your success.
And so as you do that, you'll get even more specific here, and get even more aligned with this vibration.
Make the Vibrational Reality More Important
[00:18:17] Brandon: You're just going to allow this to keep growing, growing, growing, growing, growing. And as always, you're going to want to go back between steps 2 and 3. It's not always going to feel good to be real specific about it. Sometimes you'll just want to feel generally good about it.
But just keep accessing the feeling and imagining the specifics of this manifestation as often as feels comfortable to you.
And you'll feel inspired to think about it more and more often. You'll feel inspired to think about it more and more often, so that it feels better and better to you.
And each time you access it—every single time you access it—it gets easier, and easier, and easier to feel better about it. And every time you find evidence of it, it feels easier, and easier, and easier to feel better about it.
So you're just continuing to align more, and more, and more, and more, and more with that vibration of your desire, and let it come naturally into your reality.
Realize that this is already done for you. You've already asked. You don't need to ask anymore; asking is done automatically. All you're doing right now is lining up with it. It is already in your vibrational reality.
So if you could convince yourself that this desire—this manifestation—is in your vibrational reality, and all you're doing is become a match to it so it can enter your physical reality, and every sign you see that's evidence of that manifestation is proof that it's coming more and more into your physical reality. It will not be long at all in coming.
But you have to make that vibrational reality more important than what is right now, because as always, if you focus on what is right now, and you see the lack of your manifestation, that's going to really kill it off.
You need to look at your vibrational reality—access that manifestation in your vibrational reality. Enjoy it right now. If it's that thousand dollars for example, you already have that thousand dollars in your vibrational reality. That's already done. It's already there. You don't have to hope for it. You don't have to wish for it. It's there. It's just waiting for you to line up with it.
So imagine almost as if you're accessing . Pretend that there's a place that this is really real, because there is. But just access that place. Visualize that place. Tell yourself—convince yourself—this is already real, and you're just waiting for it to come to your reality.
An Easy and Free Way to Raise Your Money Vibration
[00:21:18] Brandon: This is a good time to mention, if your goal has to do with money, I've written an application that is free to use, that I call the Vibrational Bank. And it's based off of Abraham's tool called the prosperity game.
How it works basically, just very quickly, is it's virtual money. On the first day, you get $1,000. On the second day, if you spend it, you get $2,000. And the third day is $3,000, and so on. It increases $1,000 every day. You have to think of ways of spending that.
It really helps you to raise your money vibration, and think of ways to spend that money, which is actually harder than you imagine. [laugh] It really expands your mind, because you really have to think about it, “If I really had this much money, what would I do with it?”
So again I developed this, and it's free to use. I'm going to give a link to it, but it's at cocreationcoaching.org/vibrational-bank. And I will give a link to it in the description.
But I really recommend, if your manifestation has to do with money in any way, signing up for this tool, and trying it out, playing around with it, and see what you can do. Because it is a really powerful way of raising your vibration around money, and getting real specific about it. This is a very Step 3 tool. It's not a general thing at all. If you're not ready for Step 3, don't do this. But if you can feel good about it, and you can do this without anxiety, then I really, really highly recommend using this tool, because it's very, very useful.
